OTHER INFORMATION: It is important to note that even though the blocks of time may be paid for monthly, the contract is for a yearly block of time. Block time is distributed per month, and any unused time rolls over to the next month—All time must be used by the end of 12 month period. Any time usage over available monthly time will be billed at discounted rate, and no on-site charge will be incurred.
